Terms and Conditions for Sellers at Luxury Vogue

Welcome to Luxury Vogue! We are excited to have you join our platform to showcase and sell your luxury and premium fashion products. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering as a seller. By joining Luxury Vogue, you agree to the following terms:

1. Onboarding and Subscription Charges

  • Free Onboarding: Sellers can onboard up to 5 products free of charge for a lifetime.
  • Subscription for Additional Products: To list more than 5 products, a subscription charge of ₹799 per month will apply.

2. Payment Terms

  • Order Payments: The full amount for each order will be paid to the seller after deducting 2% for all transactions (3.5% for AMEX and Diner cards) plus 18% GST on the deduction. These deductions are based on Razor Pay Payment Gateway charges as detailed here.
  • GST Invoices: GST invoices will be generated for each seller based on their sales.
  • Subscription Payment: Subscription charges can be paid quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Payment can be made after onboarding with the first 5 products. The subscription amount is non-refundable.
  • Non-Payment Consequence: Failure to pay the subscription charges will result in the deactivation of the seller's shop.

3. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  • Delivery Services: Orders will be sent to sellers for delivery. Pick and delivery services through Delhivery are provided with an additional subscription charge of ₹499 per month.
  • Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) options are also available through Delhivery's services.
  • Product Quality and Handling: The seller is responsible for product quality and handling during delivery. In case of returns, sellers must support and adhere to the return or replacement policies of Luxury Vogue.

4. Product Information and Marketing

  • Product Details: Sellers must provide accurate product details, including name, descriptions, and specifications, to be displayed on the Luxury Vogue portal.
  • Marketing Support: Luxury Vogue will assist with product pricing and support sellers during discount or clearance sales.
  • Promotion Participation: Sellers must support Luxury Vogue in any offers or sales promotions.
  • Image and Brand Permissions: Sellers must grant permissions for Luxury Vogue to use product images and brand images for marketing and promotion purposes. This includes granting copyrights to Luxury Vogue.

5. Returns and Customer Support

  • Returns and Replacements: Sellers must comply with Luxury Vogue's terms and conditions regarding returns and replacements.
  • Customer Support: For any clarifications or issues, sellers can contact customer support at sales@luxuryvogue.in.
